Quantity Surveyor (Antrim, Northern Ireland) Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor ready to drive commercial success on exciting fit-out and construction projects? Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer who is expanding their team and looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join their Antrim-based operations. You’ll be involved in projects from pre-contract to final account, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency and contract compliance. Location: Antrim, Northern Ireland (site-based, with some travel) Job Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: £50,000–£70,000 car allowance benefits Key responsibilities include: * Producing bills of quantities and tender documentation * Subcontractor procurement and material management * Monitoring financial performance and progress reporting * Managing variations, claims, and final accounts * Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams What we’re looking for: * Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or fit-out * Strong knowledge of JCT contracts * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable but not essential: * Degree or similar qualification in Quantity Surveying * Experience with bids, tenders, and e-tendering platforms This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and growing company offering long-term career progression.
