Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Requirements:
* You will be a confident and skilled litigator with ideally 2+ years PQE.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and strategy skills, and able to articulate to clients advice and steps forward.
* A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while also supporting other team members and departments in the firm.
* Able to work autonomously, with a focus on department growth and self-growth in role.

* Property Litigation
o Boundary Disputes
o Adverse Possession
o Landlord and Tenant Disputes
* Business Disputes
o Shareholder and Partnership Disputes
* Companies Act and Directors Duties Disputes
* Breach of Contract Claims
* Insolvency Work
o Bankruptcy
o Winding Up and Liquidation
* Debt Recovery
* TOLATA Claims
Experience in all the main areas of litigation is critical.
