Location: Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting a Supported Housing Team Leader on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage tenancy sustainment services for adults and young people in a hostel or community setting.
Responsibilities of the Supported Housing Team Leader include:
* Leading the team of Tenancy Sustainment Workers, ensuring KPI targets are met and residents receive the support needed to achieve positive outcomes, utilizing the homelessness outcome star framework.
* Managing the budget for the service area, including staffing, equipment, funded projects, etc.
* Managing Team Leads and collaborating with Maintenance and Domestic teams to ensure properties are quickly prepared for new residents and maintained to high standards.
* Proactively managing personal charges, housing benefit claims, occupancy, void periods, and working closely with Assessment teams to identify suitable tenants.
Essential criteria for the Housing Services Manager:
* Experience in housing management or supported housing services
* Knowledge of welfare and benefits systems
* Driving license (desirable)
