Description
* Oversee core accounting tasks such as month-end close, accounting projects like process improvement, automation and integration.
* Provide analysis and insight to support decision-making across the business.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance and control.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, simplify, and automate finance processes.
* Contribute to broader finance projects aimed at improving consistency and performance in reporting.
* Manage a small team (depending on level and experience).
Profile
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Strong background in management accounting.
* Solid understanding of accounting standards.
* Confident working with financial systems, able to adapt easily to new ones.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and influence across teams.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
* Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on level and experience).
