Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients in a clinical setting. Duties
1. Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
2. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
6. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
7. Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
8. Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
1. Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
2. A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
3. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
5. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. A commitment to providing compassionate care with a patient-centred approach.
