As part of the Engineering Producibility Team, you will influence design for manufacturability, improve existing product designs, and develop world-class processes meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.

What you will be doing:
* Contributing to the development of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Designing manufacturing methods and process steps using Product Quality Planning tools.
* Applying DFMEA/PFMEA knowledge to influence product definition and manufacturing.
* Creating and validating Production Technical Instructions to meet design intent and customer requirements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
* Managing First Offs, new part numbers, resequencing methods, and tooling introduction as the manufacturing technical authority.
* Representing manufacturing engineering within cross-functional teams for your designated parts.
Who we’re looking for:
* Experience with fabrications, valves, complex assemblies, machining, or critical classified components.
* A degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical discipline, with relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean techniques.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, comfortable liaising at all levels.
