- THE ROLE -
Responsible through the Administration Manager for the provision of administration support in relation to Estates Services activities and for ensuring that a quality service is provided to staff, students and members of the public. This involves liaising with end users, central I.T. support and system vendors to ensure systems are current and meet user requirements.
- ABOUT YOU -
* You will be responsible for the maintenance of office systems, processes and procedures in conjunction with University systems, along with the collection, statistical analysis, interpretation, validation and input of data from various sources into computerised databases
* You will be responsible for the processing of all payment documentation and recharge costs; liaising with Finance Department, Faculties and other Departments and external suppliers with any queries; monitoring monthly expenditure and budget reports and providing advice to budget holders
* You will prepare reports etc. for meetings and attend when required to take minutes and prepare action sheets
