Youll be handling a varied caseload covering divorce, child arrangements and financial settlements together with a partial caseload of Wills and Probate. As your Family caseload grows, your wills and probate caseload will correspondingly reduce and cease. Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic disputes. Assisting with regards to wills and probate whilst your family caseload grows Advising and supporting clients through complex legal and emotional challenges. Representing clients in court, advocating for their best interests. Staying up to date with developments in family law to provide the highest level of service. Requirements A minimum of 2 years experience in family law. A strong understanding of divorce, financial remedy and disputes relating to children. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently. Experience in court representation. A compassionate, client-focused approach to legal practice.?
