Mechanical Contracts Manager Red Rock Consultants ae currently working with a well- established Building Services Contractor based in Northen Ireland. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Mechanical Contract Manager to join their team. This role involves managing multiple concurrent contracts, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Read drawings and extract all necessary equipment for costing. Conduct inductions, daily briefs, toolbox talks, and assist in writing RAMS while monitoring the health & safety plan. Assist the site supervisor with procurement, monitor stock levels, and oversee material deliveries. Liaise with subcontractors, coordinate works, and troubleshoot issues on-site. Track the progress of projects and report to the main contractor/client. Inspect installation quality, ensuring that all works meet company standards. Provide input at progress meetings and maintain communication with the Divisional Manager. Oversee site testing and commissioning, ensuring no delays occur. Prepare manuals, ‘as installed’ drawings, and building logbooks. Supervise and manage all site personnel effectively. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on Mechanical project management. Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.
