Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager / Lobby Host plays a crucial role in ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests in a Wendy's. This position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing lobby cleanliness, and supporting overall front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. • Assist customers with menu selections, promotions, and special requests. • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Ensure fast and efficient service by coordinating with kitchen and counter staff. • Conduct periodic table visits to gather customer feedback and enhance their experience. Lobby & Dining Area Management: • Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the lobby, dining area, restrooms, and condiment stations. • Ensure tables and seating areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly. • Restock napkins, condiments, utensils, and other essential supplies. • Manage customer flow and seating arrangements to optimize service. Team Coordination & Operations Support: • Work closely with kitchen, counter, and management teams to maintain smooth operations. • Train and coach front-line employees on customer service best practices. • Assist in managing order accuracy and timely service. • Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies and report any shortages.
