What You'll Do
* Drive Sales Growth: Identify customer needs in the mobile hydraulics sector and offer tailored solutions.
* Expand Your Network: Leverage your established contacts to build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and end users.
* Lead on the Ground: Conduct regular customer visits, deliver persuasive presentations, and represent us at trade shows.
* Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the engineering team to develop customised product solutions that meet specific application requirements.
* Report & Analyse: Provide detailed visit and sales reports, tracking performance against ambitious targets.
1. What We’re Looking For
* Mobile Hydraulics Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a technical hydraulic sales environment, with a proven record in mobile hydraulics.
* Educational Background: A relevant Technical (BSc) or Engineering degree, or at least an HNC in an engineering discipline, along with recognised industry training.
* Outstanding Skills: Excellent presentation, commercial, and communication skills paired with strong organisational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
* Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel frequently across the UK (with occasional international trips).
