As a HR Associate, you’ll be supporting the delivery of high-quality service within the HR function, covering HRIS management, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, recruitment, and more as listed below This will help us excel in the HR department, to stay ahead of the game. What you’ll be doing As part of your role, your responsibilities will include: Optimising our HR operations by championing and managing all data, processes, and reporting requirements within Workday (our global HRIS), aligning with global group HR standards. Onboarding: Managing all aspects of new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless and culturally rich experience for incoming talent. Offboarding: Overseeing the offboarding process, ensuring all departures are handled efficiently and timeously. Internal Communications: Coordinating internal communications in partnership with the SuperGroup internal comms team helping to build trust and maintain transparency always. Payroll & Benefits Admin : Support the internal finance lead with monthly payroll administration Benefits Admin : Manage the administration of employee benefits including pension, private health insurance, gym memberships, paid time off, and other perks. Benefits administration is the process of managing the employee benefits programs across 15M Recruitment Admin : Handle recruitment administration, assisting in sourcing top talent, scheduling interviews, managing all comms with key stakeholders throughout the process Employee Relations : Provide administrative support, including compiling all relevant documentation for employee relations happening across the business, ensuring that we are compliant with all UK/ Guernsey law (this can be done in conjunction with our employment law partners we use). Engagement & Retention : Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives, including working closely with our facilities team to deliver on their daily activities for the office, organising social events with the newly formed social committee and helpinging to foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Essential skills you’ll bring to the table The necessary skills that we require for this role include: Strong organisational and data management skills, with experience in HRIS (preferably Workday). A passion for HR, with a desire to progress further into the field (you will have opportunities to learn from HR experts across the group and be working very closely with 15M’s HRBP helping to deliver the HR strategy) Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 3 years experience in recruitment admin, payroll support, and benefits management is a plus.
