About the Role.
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and implement our performance marketing strategy. You will manage multi-channel paid marketing campaigns, optimise digital content for SEO, and ensure accurate tracking and attribution.

Key Responsibilities.
Performance Channel Management:
1. Oversee day-to-day management of performance channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
Campaign Execution:
2. Manage and execute multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (PPC/Paid Search & Paid Social) to generate high-quality leads and implement remarketing activities.
SEO and Organic Performance:
3. Optimise digital content to enhance SEO and organic performance.
Marketing Infrastructure:
4. Keep marketing infrastructure updated to ensure accurate tracking and attribution aligned with business results.
Analysis and Reporting:
5. Utilise analytics tools and tracking platforms to measure campaign performance, conduct post-campaign analysis, and report regularly to stakeholders.
Budget management:
6. Manage budgets and revenue forecasting to maximise marketing efficiency.
About You.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
7. Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment.
8. Expertise in all paid media channels (PPC/Paid Search & Paid Social).
9. A track record in performance management with the ability to analyse data and report on marketing funnel performance.
10. Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics (GA4).
11. Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
What You Need.
12. Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
13. Experience in managing marketing agency relationships.
