The role will take overall responsibility for commercial performance of existing and future customers. Working closely with Procurement & Account Management teams, this role will review, analysis, recommend, sign off and implement customer pricing and commercial structures to maximise the overall performance of The Menu Partners. The role will take an active role in the assessing and preparing new business tenders. In addition, the role will actively look to identify areas changes can be made to improve the overall performance of the business. Key Responsibilities · Reviewing, analysing and preparing customer pricing in line with agreed timelines · Implementing a clear process of managing customer pricing to ensure correct process and sign off is followed · Understanding of impact of cost price changes and impact to customer pricing and margin · Reviewing, analysing, and communicating customer performance · Identifying areas of customer growth, performance and activity to drive top and bottom line performance of TMP · Central role in reviewing, analysing and recommending new business activity · Measuring new and existing customers performance versus plan and business assumptions · Standard business, customer and performance reporting · Act as the customer commercial interface Key Objectives · Improvement of overall business performance · Development of robust pricing process across all TMP customers · Working with system.
