Regional Health and Safety Advisor - Norfolk | > £55,000 + car allowance + package
Our client, a leading construction company, is experiencing significant growth and expansion. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Regional Health and Safety Advisor for the Norfolk region. As the Regional Health and Safety Advisor, you will report directly to the Health and Safety Lead, and provide on-site support and monitoring of health and safety standards. You will be a strong communicator with excellent planning skills and the ability to stay one step ahead. Our ideal candidate is client-focused and has sound commercial acumen, able to deliver results within deadlines.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clients and the internal Health and Safety team
2. Attend client Health and Safety meetings
3. Provide on-site support to the site team
4. Review safe systems of work
5. Attend and advise during safe start meetings
6. Manage day-to-day Health and Safety activities on site
7. Conduct workplace inspections and report findings
8. Coordinate training for project staff
Role Requirements:
9. Excellent communication skills with experience in a client-facing role
10. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
11. Proficient in IT with strong report-writing skills
