Shifts can finish after 11pm, dependent on our film times. In order to comply with the Working Time Regulations 1998, candidates wishing to apply for this position must be over 18.
Due to the nature of the industry, shift patterns could include evenings, weekends, and late nights.
As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer has an unrivaled cinema experience. You’ll be the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting, and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in various areas. Whether selling tickets, freshly prepared popcorn, or showing people to their seats, you and your teammates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Cash Handling
2. Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment)
3. Cleaning
4. Heavy Lifting
5. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
6. Increasing Sales
7. Maintaining Standards
8. Following Policies and Procedures
9. Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People
