Our cutting-edge facility has been purpose-built to provide learners with an outstanding environment for practical, skills-based learning that meets the needs of the automotive industry.
In this dynamic role, you’ll support the teaching of automotive technician classes by helping to deliver a range of practical activities focused on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles. Under the guidance of teaching staff, you’ll assist in demonstrating industry-standard techniques, helping students apply theory to practice. Students learn through a combination of practical exercises, live demonstrations, and guided problem-solving, all designed to prepare them for successful careers in the automotive sector.
You’ll also take responsibility for preparing and maintaining the learning environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in excellent condition and that workshops are fully equipped for every session. You’ll work closely with lecturers to plan and prepare learning resources tailored to the curriculum, helping students build the technical skills they need to progress.

Your ability to communicate clearly and support learners of all abilities, from 16–18-year-olds to adults, will help them build the confidence and skills they need to succeed. No two days will be the same as you contribute to a vibrant and engaging workshop environment.
