A bit about the job: As a Claims Fraud Advisor, you will support customer facing claims handlers when they have identified potentially fraudulent motor claims and you will appropriately triage these claims, along with claims provided via other sources, into the Motor Investigation Team when they require further investigation. You will also create and deliver coaching and training to larger groups to improve fraud detection capabilities, alongside analysing performance data and engaging with key stakeholders. All elements of your role will contribute to ensuring we're continuously improving fraud detection and prevention in order to protect our business and our genuine customers from fraudulent behaviour. Skills and experience we're looking for: Understanding of claims fraud investigations and possible outcomes of these. Ability to read and interpret data. Ability to effectively manage personal workload. Excellent communication skills - written and oral. Previous experience delivering coaching/training.
