Fundamental to this success is ensuring the broader sales team are empowered with the skills, tools, and resources to successfully promote the focus Limb Restoration brands, and supported to accurately segment and target activity to the most fitting customers. They should also have responsibility to actively manage and report on the Cluster Limb Restoration pipeline to accelerate conversion of new customer accounts through the sales journey. An in-depth understanding of the latest trends and themes in the UKIN Limb Restoration market is important to ensure effective shaping of SN’s Go to Market strategy while supporting the Cluster Marketing manager to tailor and localise SN’s Global Brand plan. What will you be doing? Oversee customer sales journey for Limb Restoration and ongoing optimisaion of the sales pathway Ensure sales team have skills, tools, and resources to effectively promote Limb Restoration brands. Collaborate with Cluster Marketing Manager and Medical Education lead to continuously evolve and refine SN offering to meet changing market needs Assist Cluster Marketing Manager with the development of the Limb Restoration brand strategy. Identify and regularly engage with defined KOL targets to support continued Limb Restoration growth and brand advocacy Face to face engagements with key customers to provide training, Medical Education activity or 3rd party events. What does success look like? Success in the role will be determined by revenue, the number of new customers and other tactical measures. The quality of those relationships and new business, while harder to measure, is going to be vital to the long-term success and cementing the strategy. That will come from delivering value to customers and patients. Successful candidates would need the following: Significant knowledge and experience selling in Medical Devices - specifically within Trauma (essential). An in depth understanding of the challenges within the NHS and a record of success in a changing external environment. Strong commercial competence.
