The Role
As a Projects Administrator, you will be responsible for the general administration of vacuum systems projects, including compiling technical documentation, maintaining records, and supporting the successful delivery of customers' bespoke projects.
With a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, the ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset and work to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
The main tasks for this role will include, but are not limited to:
1. Administering Systems project orders, including creating sales orders, production orders, creating item codes, dispatching orders, invoicing, and closing orders.
2. Administering project gateway reviews and supporting project progress tracking.
3. Collating Systems KPI data and supporting the Systems Management Team with department reports.
4. Supporting document transmittals to customers and reporting on document status.
5. Tracking and resolving any project non-conformances.
6. Updating project schedules.
7. Creating documents for documentation manuals.
8. Supporting Design Engineers to extract information from drawings and create parts lists.
9. Maintaining the engineering standards database.
Your Profile
* Minimum of five GCSE's Grade C / 4 or above (must include Maths and English).
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* A solutions mindset.
* Able to work to tight deadlines.
* Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn new skills.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic.
