The Surgical Consortium partners with NHS Trusts to implement cost-effective insourcing solutions to reduce waiting lists, across several disciplines, getting their departments back on track, at pace. We aim to offer exceptional patient care while adhering to local Trust policies and procedures. All projects are consultant led and delivered; utilising only consultants who hold substantive NHS posts and Clinical Leads who are renowned leaders in their respective fields. We specialise in high volume, low complexity cases and implement innovative models to enable greater efficiencies. With robust clinical governance and reporting systems in place, we develop processes which enable our teams to get it right, the first time. In order to facilitate the implementation of our “innovative models”, we employ the use of a number of platforms to streamline and automate. We require a Systems Analyst to become familiar with the platforms and assist with the configuration, problem-solving and implementation of the solutions. Skills and Experience - Ability to review large data sets. - Some experience in a similar role would be useful, though we are happy to offer training to a graduate who has the skills to see pictures and narratives through data. - Knowledge of programming constructs and concepts. Whilst low code/no code is employed, events, triggers, functions, APIs, JSON, web services and webhooks are of paramount importance. - Knowledge of cyber security, GDPR, hardware configuration would be useful; however, the capacity to learn is an adequate alternative. - Appetite to learn and grow with the business, as well as a desire to participate in a broad range of activities within the business. - Outcome and delivery focussed - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Mac OS - Knowledge and experience of Monday.com and Make.com (formerly Integromat) would be beneficial -Experience or knowledge of JavaScript would be a distinct advantage, as would the desire to learn new programming languages.
