Bennett and Game are currently working with a leading General Haulage and Distribution firm actively recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join their team to assist in the continued growth and development of their Leeds site.
HR Manager Position Overview
1. Manage core HR functions including payroll, employee relations, HR administration, learning and development, recruitment, and employee engagement.
2. Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
3. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
4. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment law and company standards.
5. Enhance employee engagement and welfare activities, addressing HR trends and directing resources as needed.
6. Cultivate effective relationships to encourage retention and represent team perspective in decision-making.
7. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
HR Manager Position Requirements
8. Previous experience within HR within a Transport/Logistic Background
9. Ability to work independently
10. CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
HR Manager Position Remuneration
11. Salary - 45K Circa DOE
12. Standard Pension
13. Monday - Friday - (Office Hours)
14. 28 Days Holiday
