As the Senior Compliance Officer and Deputy MLRO, you will be supporting the Head of Compliance and MLRO to ensure the company remains compliant with all anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF) and safer gambling (SG) regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic oversight with operational execution, working closely with the Compliance team and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, AML, or risk management, ideally within the gaming or financial services sector.
* Strong knowledge of AML/CTF/SG regulations and relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Professional certifications such as ICA Diploma, ACAMS, or equivalent is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and ethical approach to compliance management.
* Ability to read Chinese and/or Arabic (not essential).
* Personal Management Licence (PML) or ability to hold one.
* Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Clear, concise articulation of compliance requirements.
* Excellent time management and task prioritization.
* Proficiency in conducting thorough open-source research and influencing business decisions with factual insights.
* Confidence in making informed decisions relating to KYC and enhanced due diligence.
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Working Hours: Crown London operates 7 days a week from 12 PM to 6 AM. Shifts typically range from 11 AM to 3 AM, but flexibility is required to accommodate business needs.
