This service is particularly aimed at offering early intervention to children and young people experiencing mild not moderate mental health difficulties. MHST's main therapeutic approach is Low Intensity CBT via 1:1 or groups within an education setting. As an experienced practitioner, your existing skills and knowledge will be a vital part of the team. In addition, you will provide clinical supervision and line management to EMHPs and CWPs in the service. Candidates must evidence in their application that they have completed Low Intensity Supervisor Training (LIST) or be currently undertaking this course.
