Job title: Mobile Cleaner Department: Ready Homes Reporting to: Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader Location: Kent Contract Type: Permanent Hours of Work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm) Salary: £23,795.20 per annum Reporting to the Head of Property Services as a Clean and clear cleaner you will be accountable for ensuring all room/house cleaning and maintaining hygienic and complaint facilities. 1. Main duties: a) To ensure the cleaning of all communal areas, offices, toilets and external areas on a regular basis and in accordance with the company standard. b) To ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose. c) Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection. d) To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning records are completed and up to date. e) Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services. 2. Team Working a) Meeting your own Key Performance Objectives b) Liaise regularly with line manager and team members. c) Attending team and other staff meetings. d) Supporting new team members during on-the-job training. e) Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager. 3. Training and Development a) Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and in accordance to agreed Personal Development Plan. b) Monitor own work levels, progress and development c) Make recommendations in regard to operational issues and enhancements. d) Undertake all core training and development programmes as required.
