Job Summary We are seeking multiple dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join a number of our clients working across the Manchester region. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations. The positions are working various shoft patterns including but not limited to: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am 4 days on 4 days off, 4 nights on 4 nights off Responsibilities Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Utilise power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, ensuring materials are readily available for production needs. Skills Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
