Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to the organic media department, setting clear goals and expectations. Inspire and motivate the team towards achieving excellence in all aspects of their work. High-Level Client Strategy and Relationships: Client Strategy Oversight: Oversee the development of strategic organic media initiatives for key clients, ensuring strategies are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with client objectives. Senior Client Relationships: Maintain and develop senior-level relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring their needs are met at the highest level. Business Development: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging organic media capabilities to attract and retain clients. Innovation and Market Positioning: Innovation Leadership: Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and practices in organic media to keep the agency at the forefront of the industry. Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain the agency’s competitive edge. Service Development: Identify opportunities for new service offerings within the organic media space, developing and launching these services to meet emerging client needs and market demands.
