Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Exeter – Marketing & Creative
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction.
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday and permanent

Reed in Exeter are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their successfully growing team of recruiters. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.
This is a great opportunity to grow our marketing and creative presence between Somerset and Cornwall. You will have complete free reign to dominate this marketplace and share clients and leads between the existing team.
