We’re looking for a results-driven fractional SDR/AE to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and have a strong background in SaaS sales, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads, closing deals, and conducting market research interviews to shape new products and services. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders in private schools, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and engage decision-makers in private schools (heads, bursars, IT directors).
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our presence in the independent education sector.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos (both virtual and in-person).
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
* Lead qualification & outreach, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Market & Partner Research.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within education, technology, or consulting.
* Strong network within the independent school sector (preferred but not essential).
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to understand complex needs and offer consultative solutions.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
* Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK.
Qualifications & Experience
* 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of closing deals.
* Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in both lead qualification (SDR) and deal closing (AE).
* Excellent communication skills - comfortable conducting discovery calls, product demos, and partner interviews.
* Highly disciplined in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
* Proficient in CRM tools and sales automation software.
* Ability to thrive in uncertainty and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
