Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the examination process, from planning to results distribution.
* Manage the accurate input, maintenance, and analysis of student and examination data.
* Liaise with awarding bodies, staff, and students to ensure compliance with examination regulations.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Exams Manager and other team members.
* Uphold confidentiality and maintain high standards of data security at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in exam administration or data management (education sector experience is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* The ability to work effectively within a small team and meet strict deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
* Own transport due to the remote location of the role.
