As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll collaborate closely with Paraplanners, Advisors, and Relationship Managers to deliver top-notch service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and administering client assets and implementing new advice
2. Ensuring client data is up-to-date and accurate
3. Regularly communicating with clients
4. Handling the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing ones
5. Preparing, coordinating, and following up on client meetings
6. Managing a varied workload while maintaining exceptional organisation and focus
