Our client in Berwick is looking for candidates to join their team Assist the Kitchen Supervisor and Club Steward with daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food service and cleanliness in the Clubhouse and must follow the health and safety procedures set in place. Main Responsibilities : Assist with kitchen duties as needed. Order food and drinks from suppliers. Prepare food for staff welfare. Check and update stock on delivery. Clean when staff are absent. Ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain professional appearance and conduct. Keep all areas clean and tidy. Process payments using till/credit card machine. Inform Club Steward of stock levels. Handle customer complaints, escalate if needed. Wear the provided uniform. Communicate specials and desserts to staff. Help at the bar if needed. Set up and maintain restaurant appearance. Work well with the team and show respect to all. Report equipment issues to the Club Steward. Act on feedback from surveys and CLUB59 visits. Follow all policies and procedures. Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by the Club Steward. Requirements : Friendly and positive attitude. Reliable and punctual. Neat appearance and willing to wear uniform. Good hygiene. Eager to learn about food and drinks. Strong communication skills. Must have own transport.
