Known for its commitment to health, safety, and sustainability, the business is on a remarkable growth trajectory, with revenues on track to over £60m within the next few years.The Role:As Financial Controller, you will be a key figure in shaping and professionalising the finance function, working closely with the CFO and the senior leadership team. Opportunities for promotion to Group Financial Controller as the company grows.Key Responsibilities:Oversee month-end processes, including preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.Lead the budgeting process and develop robust rolling forecasts.Maintain strong financial controls and implement process improvements to support scalability.Manage external relationships, including banks, auditors, and insurance brokers.Mentor and develop a collaborative finance team.Deputise for the CFO when required, ensuring seamless leadership during critical periods.What We're Looking For:ACCA/CIMA-qualified accountant with experience producing management accounts and leading finance teams.Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally in asset-based industries or scaling businesses.
