The HRIS Support Specialist (UK) will assist the HR Business Systems Manager (UK) in maintaining and supporting HR Information Systems (HRIS) with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors and other related HR technology platforms. This role will support the day-to-day operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR data, and providing first-line support to HR system users across the UK team.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
HRIS Operations & Data Management:
* Assist in maintaining HR data within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
* Perform routine data audits and support compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
* Ensure timely updates of employee data such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers within the system.
* Help in managing system-related requests and ensure that all updates are tracked and documented.
Your skills and experience
Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
* Strong understanding of HR processes (talent acquisition, employee data management, etc.).
* Familiarity with HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but training will be provided).
* Some experience in data management, auditing, or system support is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
Technical Skills:
* Working Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors:
* Familiarity with key modules of SAP SuccessFactors
* Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integrations with other HR systems and tools.
* Capable of performing system updates and testing post-upgrades with guidance.
Proficiency with HR Technology Platforms:
* Hands-on experience with one or more HRIS platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to different systems quickly.
* Ability to handle operational tasks like user account management, troubleshooting, and generating reports.
Data Management and Reporting:
* Experience in maintaining HR data integrity, performing data entry, and conducting audits to ensure data quality.
* Generating HR reports using tools like Power BI or Excel to support decision-making.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to use Microsoft Teams or other collaboration platforms for communication and coordination within the team.
Change Management:
* Support change management initiatives by preparing system documentation and providing training to end-users.
* Help ensure that any system changes are communicated effectively to HR staff and users.
Integration Assistance:
* Assist in the integration of HR systems with other business platforms (e.g., payroll or time management) under the supervision of the HRIS Manager.
Foundational Data Analytics:
* Understanding of data analysis tools like Power BI or Excel, with the ability to support in data cleaning and reporting.
* Assist in gathering insights for operational improvements.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
