The Nook is a first of its kind initiative between Cheshire West and Chester children’s services and our colleagues at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS foundation Trust. The Nook aims to support young people transitioning out of Tier 4 mental provision, prevent admission and readmission and prevent young people experiencing entry to local authority care. The Nook team will require the successful candidate to undertake a wide variety of tasks including minute taking so you must have proven administration skills. You will also be expected to undertake a range of other administrative activities including the production and distribution of documents and correspondence, financial tasks and you will work with extremely sensitive data and information. You will need to have a working knowledge of GDPR and the data protection act and experience of this will need to be demonstrated in your application. You will need to have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be able to problem solve and be flexible in your approach to daily tasks and the business needs of the service. Applications are invited from highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who are experienced administrators with excellent communication and IT skills. You will be required to work from The Portal, Ellesmere Port but may need to work a different locations across Ellesmere Port and Chester. The successful candidates will join a dynamic, supportive team of business support officers and will work for an Authority that has excellent reputation.
