Customer Success Manager- Stourport-On-Severn (Hybrid Working)
A leading provider of ERP Software.
Role Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients, fostering relationships, and driving growth through cross-selling and referrals. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for IT, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture relationships with an established customer base.
* Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
* Seek and develop referral opportunities to expand the customer base.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
* Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in account management, preferably within the IT sector.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
