The Role
* As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will look to develop and maintain new sales which will be beneficial and profitable, proactively targeting new customers.
* You will collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.
* You will also regularly engage with their external sales force and credit control teams.
* You will follow up on all sales quotes and leads in a timely manner, record activity, and utilise internal systems accurately.
* You’ll also input orders into their system and maintain sales records.
The Candidate
* You have previous and demonstrable experience ideally within a merchant's business.
* You have previous experience in a sales-focused role.
* You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* You have strong customer service experience and you are IT literate.
