Duties
Job Responsibilities:
* Schedule, dispatch, and monitor drivers to ensure timely deliveries/pickups.
* Maintain records of driver activities, schedules, and routes.
* Communicate with drivers to address any issues or delays during their shifts.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
* Train new drivers on company protocols and customer service standards.
* Resolve conflicts or issues related to drivers, vehicles, or routes.
* Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes and reduce costs.
* Create customs for drivers (FAST, ACI, ACE)
Qualifications
* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or rail.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Samsara, TMW & Border Connect.
* Familiarity with local/regional traffic laws and routes.
* A high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $19.00-$22.90 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
