German-speaking Customer Service Representative
Hybrid – Central London (3 days office, 2 days home)
Immediate Start | Temporary (3+ months)
Pay rate: £15 to £18 p/h depending on experience
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to join a dynamic team in Central London. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two days from home.
What You’ll Do:
1. Handle customer orders and queries efficiently
2. Provide customer service and support with deliveries, orders, cancellations, etc.
3. Communicate with international teams and warehouses
4. Manage stock availability and order processing
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience with Zendesk is essential
2. Fluent German speaker (written & spoken)
3. Previous customer service experience is essential
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
5. Available to start immediately
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension.
