We are now seeking an Helpdesk Customer Service Agent to join our team located at Delta Business Park in Swindon. This exciting role involves working in partnership with a high-profile blue light service organization to be part of the customer experience property help desk.
The Helpdesk Customer Service Agent will provide prompt, professional service to customers and suppliers, handling initial inquiries via phone or email, accurately recording service requests, and escalating issues proactively.
What you’ll do:
* Adapt within a fast-moving environment of incoming queries by both phone and email.
* Prioritize and problem solve to provide excellent customer service.
* Accurately record details of the caller, problem and severity, ensuring that Team Leaders are aware of situations which could develop into issues.
* Pay attention to detail when obtaining and inputting information into the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) System.
* Maintain a calm and professional telephone manner, listening and responding to reassure the caller.
What you bring:
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
* Previous experience in providing helpdesk or call center service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Microsoft Teams.

Package Description
* 40 hours per week
