Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication: The successful candidate needs to be able to speak with customers in person and over the phone, able to explain technical terms to help customers make decisions.
2. Customer Service: The successful candidate needs to be motivated to provide the best possible service for the customer.
3. Organisation: Must be able to organise themselves effectively to provide the highest level of customer service while keeping up with their administrative duties.
4. Scheduling: Schedule service appointments.
5. Paperwork: Handle paperwork.
6. Tracking: Keep track of the status of various vehicles.
7. Estimating Costs: Estimate costs.
