Your World Healthcare is representing a Trust in Lincoln, seeking dedicated Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists to join their dynamic pharmacy team. This role is newly funded by the Trust to facilitate biosimilar switching.
Key Details:
* Contract Type: Temporary, 6-month role
* Start Date: ASAP
* Interview Slots: Available upon request
* Hours: Weekdays, 08:45-17:15 (occasional weekend and long hours may be required)
* Accommodation: Available through Progress Housing
Requirements:
* GPhC Registered
* Previous experience in a homecare pharmacist position
* MPharm Degree or equivalent
* Clinical Diploma (desired, but not essential)
Essential Experience:
* Previous experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment, pharmacy procurement, or homecare settings.
Desirable Experience:
* Experience as noted above, with emphasis on biosimilar medication processes.
Reason for the Role: This position is a new initiative by the Trust to support the biosimilar switching program.
System & Training:
* System Used: Allocate
* Induction: Comprehensive induction into the pharmacy team and training on systems provided during the first week.
Working Arrangements:
* Remote/Home Working: Primarily onsite, but flexible arrangements may be considered.
Team Structure & Support:
* Work alongside a skilled pharmacy team, with direct access to senior management and line managers.
