Join a large European Food ingredients business within their UK team selling applications into Retail and Foodservice customers. High innovation with global excellence.
This business is leading the way across Europe with their range of food ingredients and applications which are used by large QSR customers as well as all major retailers in the protein and plant-based offerings. The business is the UK subsidiary or a larger European food ingredients business that have over 30 R&D centres providing local knowledge on a global scale to a wide range of customers.
You can be part of a small and successful UK team knowing you have European group support, knowledge, and reputation. You will manage a number of key food manufacturing customers providing a range of products in to both Retail and Foodservice channels.
To be successful in the role:
1. You will have proven experience of food ingredients selling in to B2B and Food manufacturing customer base
2. You will be familiar with selling into retail customers and proven experience of those relationships
3. You will ee passionate about food, food trends and enjoy working closely with internal and customer NPD teams
4. Any previous experience in NPD & development would be highly advantageous
The role offers hybrid working but you must be comfortable in an office two to three days a week and then travelling to customers or working from home two to three days a week.
It’s also possible you are a Food Technologist or working in development now and looking to take a next step into a commercial customer role.
