Working within RSM’s national Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team, you will focus on supporting the continued growth of our successful corporate tax business. This is a demanding and fast-paced role for an excellent communicator with a solid marketing background.
We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to support the development, delivery and monitoring of strategic marketing and communications activity across our corporate tax team. The Marketing Executive will work with the tax marketing manager and tax partners to help deliver growth. This is a newly created role.
You'll make an impact by:
1. Promoting key tax initiatives and accurately representing the tax lines of business and specialisms by developing and maintaining internal and external content across various formats, including website, podcast, articles and video.
2. Supporting and delivering on strategic sponsorships and initiatives with third parties ensuring activities meet objectives and produce an acceptable ROI.
3. Supporting the tax partners in creating premium internal and external communications material, ensuring this is aligned with RSM’s brand and tone of voice.
4. Working collaboratively with the wider IMC team to ensure we maximise impact for our campaign and external marketing activity.

4. Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision and supervision/support of junior colleagues on a project-by-project basis.
