Job Description
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Managing current sales processes
* Managing current accounts
* Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
* Maintaining accurate records of sales data
* Assisting in the creation of sales reports and presentations
* Communicating with clients to resolve any queries or issues
The Successful Applicant
* Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
* Strong sales experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A customer-oriented approach and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
* Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of sales software
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
