Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to join us as a member of the Land and Partnerships function within our East Midlands region, based from the regional Head Office near Nottingham (just off junction 25 of the M1). The postholder will manage relationships from all known sources to deliver the business plan and maintain their own contact network to achieve required results and deliver own deals and contributions to target.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Land and Partnership Director in the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy for the region. They will work with them to pro-actively source, manage and progress partnership opportunities for the Regional Business to facilitate delivery of the growth plan. They will also lead and supervise on partnership agreements and legal agreements and negotiations on Partnership opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners is a key focus of this role; ensuring mutual satisfaction and sustained collaboration. They will also develop relationships with other Keepmoat companies to advance scheme progress and explore additional opportunities. They will prepare regular updates and reports as required, supporting the achievement of market leading conversion performance.

Skills, knowledge & experience
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager with proven industry experience in Land Partnership management, who embodies our Keepmoat values; a creative and resilient individual with experience developing strategies using their initiative and negotiating skills. They will be collaborative; skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement with experience in developing strategies and in influencing senior decision makers and with strong negotiating and influencing skills. They will take a straightforward approach and be able to manage effectively across functional teams. They will be passionate about Land and Partnerships, with a real customer and team focus; motivated and enthusiastic about the function.
