1. Work across a thriving SEN school
2. Support students with an ASC / autism diagnosis
3. Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
4. Collaborate with experienced teachers and other LSAs
5. Complete induction training
SEN Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:
1. Level 3 TA or degree level of education
2. Education / childcare experience is required
3. Previous SEN / ASC experience is desirable
4. Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
