Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Support Engineer at Telcon International Limited. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting product issues, and analyzing data to improve product performance. While the role is primarily located in Crawley, some work from home is acceptable.
Key Duties
* Product development of new components in line with market requirements
* Product and Technical Support including creation of technical files
* Working with regulatory authorities for product approval
* Customer Support experience
* Analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Working knowledge of analogue circuits with the ability to improve or extend existing product range
* Working knowledge of using test software such as LabVIEW
* Ability to write test specifications
