As a Finishing Technician, you will be part of a team that works on luxury components for first-class airline suites, prestige automotive brands, and super yachts. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in metal finishing through a bespoke training plan tailored to your needs. Day-to-day of the role: Work under the guidance of Senior Metal Finishing Technicians and report directly to the Chief Operations Officer. Transform raw machined parts into products with a beautiful mirror finish using various machines, polishing mops, and compounds. Ensure the final product meets the high standards the company is known for after various plating processes. Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and maintain the highest standards of quality. Participate in risk assessments and adhere to health and safety and environmental procedures, including waste management and incident response. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal polishing, preferably using polishing motors, orbital sanders, or diamond cutters. Teachable with a keen willingness to learn and master the craft of metal polishing. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce outstanding quality products. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Friendly, personable, punctual, and receptive to instruction.
