We have an immediate start date available a Healthcare Trust client based in Downpatrick. This is a full time contract with an expected duration of 3-6 months based within an experienced and established team providing critical support to service users and families across the South Eastern area.
Benefits:
1. Band 3 Payscales £11.67 per hour
2. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Part time may also be considered for experienced applicants)

Requirements:
7. At least 6-12 months relevant experience within a administration, secretarial or clerical capacity
8. Previous Experience in a role within a Health and Social Care Trust would be highly advantageous
9. Previous knowledge of Family, Childcare or older peoples sectors highly advantageous
10. Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English or equivalent
11. Excellent communication and customer service skills
12. Must be a team player
13. Proficient user of MS Office
14. Ability to work under pressure
15. Highly motivated
Responsibilities:
16. Administrative & clerical support duties within a fast paced division focusing family, childcare & Older people services
17. Answering telephone enquiries, filing, faxing, photocopying
18. Data entry, appointment schedule management, file management, minute taking & secretarial support
19. Updating files and patient records, processing referrals, updating internal spreadsheets and report typing
20. All aspects of administrative support to the management team
